One class, no commitment. Any level.
£20 a class. Valid sixteen weeks, priority booking.
£20 a class. Valid ten weeks.
Prices include VAT. Book online — spaces limited to 5 per class.
There is no equipment fee and nothing to hire. Every bed is set before you arrive with a ring, hand weights and a soft ball, and your instructor decides which of them you need that session.
The only thing to bring is grip socks. If you forget them, you can buy a pair at the studio.
Both packs land at the same price per class. The ten carries you further and holds for sixteen weeks; the five asks less of you up front. Not sure yet? Come once and decide afterwards.
